President Obama
Face
His face has changed abruptly. An aggressive, positive face can be hardly found in this picture.

Hair
They look whiter than they were in the first picture, and the hair style has changed a bit as well.

Appearance
He looks absolutely younger in the first picture.

This picture looks not that related to this title, for it could be any picture from his daily life.

Though most people may think that this picture gives us a negative and unqualified impression of President Obama, which is mostly true, another thing that I have observed, if this is an image after or during an interview,  is that he is at least trying to figure something out.

Objects
Activities
There are four people close to President Obama, the way they dressed made me think as if they were going to play golf.
Ship
The way they are walking make them really aggressive and leisure.
Crew members.
Ship
They are watching the President and others walking as if they want to join them.
The President Obama.
Really optimistic
From his smiling face we can see he is really confident about something.

Flags
Two different flags (US, UK) tell me that he is in England not in the US.

This picture gives me an optimistic and confident
appearance of President Obama, which is really essential for a leader of a nation. At the same time, unfortunately, leaders in this picture are too leisure to be reliable.

1. The theme of my project is to let current teachers aware of the importance of modern technology and how students could achieve more via digital tools.
2. I think this storytelling has the connection between ISTE NETS-T in
"2. Design and Develop Digital-Age Learning Experiences and Assessments"
3. In my future teaching career, I will use storytelling to show students different kinds of formulas in math and let them remember it in a visual way. What's more, they will have access to these videos in Youtube anytime and often review them.
4. I have seen a lesson plan of a high school teacher in Math, it was wonderful because he used Storytelling to give students an idea  of the utilization of Math in real world. For example,  he provided several pictures of a construction of a building and how constructors used math in their whole process. It is clear through this example that  I can use tools like Photo Story to make my classroom more appealing as well as making students interested in math, which most of them hate.

Double Entry Journal #5

Quotes:

In my day (we won't dwell on when that was), we were trained to be writers, crafting term papers out of mountains of text. A picture was neither expected nor necessary.
Reaction:

The world has changed beyond recognition. We, as 21st multimedia-based educators, no longer use most of the things that we focused so much a decade ago. Blackboard, for instance, can be hardly found around, for it has been replaced by a projector, which is definitely more qualified in digital classrooms. Another change in Education field is that students are asked to do assignments not  in their notebooks but in their laptops or desktops which requires higher creativeness. This creativeness, in my and this author's point of view, is based on art. Some of the teachers are not confident and knowledgeable enough to guide their students to accomplish their multimedia projects that they have not accustomed to yet. To some extent, however, as the development of the quick pace of our technology, this kind of text-based education form would be abolished sooner or later. Since our students need a qualified multimedia classroom teacher, who is able to use digital technology, we must be prepared for the challenges in our teaching as an artist.
